The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for returns or exchanges unrelated to damage or defects. Used items (such as hookahs, hookah bowls, or other accessories) or opened items (including opened boxes, packaging, or containers of hookah tobacco, broken seals, or opened coal packs) cannot be returned. All returns will undergo a thorough inspection before issuing a refund. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after processing your return.
