General Shipping Information

We operate from Orange County, California, in the United States, and take great care in packaging all orders to ensure that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours from the time the order is placed. Please note that delays may occur during holidays, inclement weather, or order verification processes. Our order processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding U.S Federal Holidays. All shipping time frames are based on business days.

Shipping Confirmation

Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email for your order. Additionally, Ethnic Hookah will provide you with a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses and are encouraged to double-check them before placing an order. Please be aware that incorrect or incomplete address submissions may cause delays, returns, or other issues that can impact the successful delivery of your order. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Ethnic Hookah cannot be held responsible for, provide refunds, or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Lost and/or Undelivered Orders

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of ethnichookah.com. If you encounter any issues with packages not received, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve them with the relevant postal carrier. Ethnic Hookah strives to assist in the resolution of such matters and requests that any shipping issues be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Returns

Ethnic Hookah aims for your complete satisfaction with your order. Unused items purchased from coalsnbowls.com can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery for a refund. Please carefully read the instructions below on how to return or exchange an item.

To ensure timely processing of your return, we recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible.

Defective or broken items will be replaced or exchanged free of charge within the 30-day period, provided they are unused. For returns or exchanges other than damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that used items (such as hookahs, hookah bowls, or any other accessory) or opened items (such as opened boxes, packaging, or containers of hookah tobacco, or broken seals) are not eligible for return.

All returns will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt before a refund is issued.

Once your return has been processed, please allow 2-5 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
